Carly is the Director of the Data and Analytics division of the Mayor's Public Engagement Unit, but considers herself a data engineer above all else. She has managed city initiatives like the Tenant Support Unit and GetCovered NYC, leveraging her background in advertising and politics at MEC and AFL-CIO in order to reach out to millions of at-risk NYC residents.
